In celebration of the Earth Day, SM Supermalls nationwide will be holding a 1-day special Trash to Cash Recycling Market Fair on April 20, Friday.
For the past years, in partnership with Earth Day Network and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, SM City Davao has been observing the Earth Day through info campaigns and exhibits, all geared towards educating its shoppers on simple doable ways to save the planet.
With the global theme Earth Day, Every day, Everywhere, this year, SM will highlight the value of reducing, reusing and recycling. SM holds a regular Trash to Cash event every first Friday and Saturday of the month which allows its shoppers and households/offices in the community to properly dispose of their wastes and earn from it at the same time.
On April 20, as an incentive to those who sell their recyclables, SM Davao will be giving away free ecobags and Voyager Planetarium priority passes.
Turn in your recyclables (paper, scarp metals, pet bottles, e-wastes, etc.) on Friday, 8AM- 5PM at SM Davao Parking C and help save the planet.
